Canadian screen actress, who was known for her role as Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. In 2019, she started starring on CBSs Blood & Treasure. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005s The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay an actress producer, playwright and educator as well as director of drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memories are of being a watcher of her mother's work, as well as attending rehearsals for plays. Silk appeared in several commercials when she was a kid. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. In her early theater career, she was involved in 2 Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Samuel as well as Levi are their sons. Her character was Bo Dennis in Lost Girl which is a Canadian show. CNN has praised her work as Bo, together with Lauren in Lost Girl. E! also named it the Best Television Couple for 2013.
